Just wanted to say thanks for the fishing trip on Friday. Despite the weather early on, it ended up being great. We ate the Blues that afternoon and they were delicious. On Saturday, we cooked up a feast with the rest of the fish, which were great. We are planning another get together for the full day Tuna trip in the late summer.

I cooked the 2 whole sea bass using a recipe I found on-line. They came out
fabulously well and were a huge success. This is the link:

The blues were totally delicious as well- nothing like a fresh bluefish on the grill. I did it Mediterranean style with olive oil and grilled onions. I decided to make fishcakes out of the scup because they were little fillets and pretty boney. They were good but my husband pointed out that anything is good mixed with onions and potatoes and fried up hot.

I am looking to catch a big fish. I don't care what kind of fish but I want a big one. A fish that is going to actually make me scared and question why I volunteered for this. If you can do that for me then sign me up!

My husband and I had never been sportfishing before, so we didn't know what to expect. Captain Malone took the time to explain everything and we all had a great time, even the kids! Thanks for everything, we'll be back.

Of the eight charters I have taken, Diablo Sportfishing is by far the best. The guys were great, the boat is awesome, and the sharks were unbelievable! I am so impressed with the size, speed and power these animals have.
The crew is great, making you feel comfortable and safe while bringing in these monster sharks! I have been out with them 2 times now and caught a Mako each time. I can't wait to get out with them again next summer.
